Commercial Permit
Covers new commercial buildings, remodels, tenant improvements, and fire protection upgrades.
The application calculates the fee at $0.30 per square foot with a minimum charge of $50.
Propane Permit
Required for propane tank installations, modifications, or relocations at any occupancy.
Covers plan review and inspection. A detailed application PDF is emailed after payment.
Sprinkler System Permit
For new fire sprinkler installations, retrofits, or system modifications.
Includes review of hydraulic calculations and on-site inspections.
Solar Permit
For residential or commercial solar PV system installations requiring fire review.
No payment required. Upload single-line diagrams, site plans, and equipment spec sheets with your application.
Agriculture | Barn | Outbuilding
Required for agricultural structures, barns, and outbuildings on rural properties.
No payment required. Submit details and documentation for review.
